Employees are the foundation of our company, its greatest value. Our specially trained staff is our best calling card. Also our great concern is improvement of workers qualifications through various trainings and seminars.

Drivers of PKS Gdańsk - Oliwa have long experience in domestic and international transportation. We know that the security of cargo mostly dependents on knowledge and skills of the driver. Therefore we improve systematically their qualifications by a number of trainings.

PKS Gdańsk - Oliwa SA currently employs 230 workers of which:

• 128 people are drivers with international experience

• 30 people work in Customer Service Department

• 13 people work in Ferry Department

• 13 people work in Transportation Department

• 4 people work in Technical Department

• 37 people are administrative workers

• 5 people work in Zawiaty Resort
